In November, our team took on the challenge of cleaning the 45,000-square-foot galvalume roof of the FedEx air cargo facility at Tallahassee International Airport. Using our commercial roof washing method, we applied a 20% chemical-to-water solution, let it dwell to kill organic growth, and finished with a steam cleaning rinse.

Our next project took us to the Persimmon Hill Plaza on Thomasville Road in Tallahassee, home to local favorites like Coosh’s Bayou Rouge, Canopy Road Café, and more. The goal: boost curb appeal and ensure a safe, inviting environment for customers and staff.

We cleaned every corner of the shopping center, including concrete walkways, building siding, windows, gutters, and dumpster pads. Using a 65-foot lift, we tackled hard-to-reach areas and removed unsightly wasp nests and dirt dauber nests.

The two-night project required careful planning, especially working after hours. We pre-treated walkways with our soft washing solution and degreaser, then pressure-washed with a surface scrubber to remove grime and slippery algae. For the building exterior, we used our soft washing method to remove organic growth and deliver streak-free windows.

Routine cleaning like this not only enhances the shopping center’s visual appeal but also prevents structural issues and creates a safer environment. The results were stunning, and the improved first impression is sure to attract more customers.
